| What's involved in joining Wotson Online? |

| Either you can arrange a time for us to do a photoshoot, to collect contact details of your business and briefly to gain an understanding of the service you offer and how you would like to best promote it. Or you can supply us with images for example, on disc or by email. You many wish to send us your details and information also by email or over the telephone. You can either supply us with the information text yourself, or we can create a suggested text for you to check or edit. Once we have edited the pictures and built your showcase we will contact you for you to have a look at it by going to an internet address where only you can view it. You may wish, for example, to edit the text or change the order of the pictures. You will be given an email address @xoops which will be redirected to your own email address. This is to protect the privacy of clients who have a private email address. Once this is linked up we will send you a test email to make sure it is working. Your showcase will 'go live' allowing others to see it. Only when you are happy with the way your showcase looks will you be invoiced. A discount is available for clients who are also part of the Wotson Pocket Guide. | What's involved in joining the Wotson Pocket Guide? |
| You will need an image to represent your business such as a shopfront, or other place you operate from, an example of your work, or your logo. You will also need to let us have the name of the business as you would like it to appear in the Wotson Pocket Guide, your business address, telephone number and mobile/fax if applicable, your opening hours, website address if you have one. Your entry will also include a brief description of your business, in 180 characters including spaces and punctuation. To help with this, we give clients a grid with 180 spaces to fit the text it. You can write this out, dictate it to us, or we can help or suggest a text for you. Either you can arrange a time for us to do a photoshoot and to collect contact details of your business, or you can supply us with the image of your business, for example, on disc or by email. Once we have edited the picture to represent your business and put together your information we will contact you for you to have a look at it online by going to an internet address where only you can view it, or we can send or bring you a printout.
